Goal: The jaw and dental region are often overlooked in functional medicine. Yet chronic inflammation, dead teeth, or bite misalignments can have systemic effects.
Content & Methods:
Lecture (09:00–10:30): Interference Fields, NICO, CMD & Chronic Foci
Focus on devitalized teeth, chronic jaw inflammations (NICO, FDOK), TMJ disorders (CMD), nerve irritations and their somatic and autonomic consequences.
(Dr. Johann Lechner)
Workshop (11:00–13:00): Dental & Jaw Diagnostics in Practice
Work with X-rays, DVT, thermography, and clinical tools. Learn how to recognize dental burdens and communicate findings across disciplines.
(Dr. Johann Lechner)
Lecture (14:30–15:30): Dental Materials, Bite Alignment & Systemic Load
Understand allergies to materials (e.g., titanium, palladium), the influence of bite on posture, ANS function, and psyche.
(Dr. Johann Lechner)
Workshop (16:00–17:00): Interdisciplinary Therapy Planning
Coordinate care with dentists, osteopaths, and therapists. Discuss real-life case examples involving dental factors.
(Dr. Johann Lechner)
Workshop (17:00–18:00): Hemo-Laser Therapy
In this hands-on workshop, participants will be introduced to Hemo-Laser therapy, an advanced treatment technique in functional medicine that uses low-level laser therapy (LLLT) to stimulate blood circulation, promote tissue regeneration, and support detoxification. We will explore the science behind Hemo-Laser therapy, focusing on its effectiveness in treating conditions such as chronic pain, inflammation, and circulatory disorders. Participants will observe live demonstrations and have the opportunity to practice applying Hemo-Laser therapy under expert guidance. This workshop is ideal for practitioners seeking to incorporate laser therapy into their treatments for improved patient outcomes and healing processes.
