Overview:
Environmental toxins are an often underestimated factor in chronic disease. This module explains how the body detoxifies and how environmental burdens can be recognized and treated.
- Biotransformation via liver, kidneys, gut, lymph, and skin, including Phase I/II/III detoxification
- Common environmental stressors: heavy metals, molds, pesticides, plasticizers, xenobiotics
- Diagnostic approaches and therapeutic concepts: testing, binders, chelation, and lifestyle-based detox support
Learning Objectives:
You will be able to identify possible toxic burdens and support detoxification pathways in a structured and safe way. This enables a more comprehensive approach to complex chronic conditions.
